Your comfort is our priority. Upstairs has an open floor plan including an updated kitchen, dining room & living room with brand new comfortable seating for 10, flat screen TV & hotel style wall A/C unit (PTAC), as well as a large Master with an en suite bath & AC.   Downstairs is a walkout basement with whole basement dehumidification, lots of fans, 2 large bedrooms, a mini suite with a half bath & a kitchenette & A/C, & a den with TV, games & books for kids. Nearby is the Cove with tons of sea life, and the secluded Indian Neck beach just a few steps further.  Enjoy the beautiful view of downtown Wellfleet and the Harbor across the water from the Cove.  Downtown Wellfleet is the new hotspot with wonderful dining, art galleries, shops and their very own theater group, W.H.A.T.   Just 10 minutes down route 6 is the Wellfleet drive in theater where the flea market is held every weekend.  20 minutes in the opposite direction you are in famous Provincetown for amazing food, shopping, sight seeing and whale watching excursions.   On the way stop and see the Truro winery and sand dunes.   There are tons of fresh water ponds where you can fish your heart out or just go for a swim. 

Off season is October-before Memorial Day.  $1095-$1550 per week or $225-$375 per night 3 night minimum or 2 nights plus $150 cleaning fee.

Shoulder weeks are Memorial Day to last full week of June and 1st week of September to 1st week of October.  $1200-$2695 or $325-$475 per nt. 2 night minimum. 

High season is July and August.  Summer 2013-$3195 per week

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY- If you need to cancel we will do our best to re-book that week.  In the case that we re-book to another party, you will be refunded either your original rental amount or the amount of rent in the new booking, whichever is less.  If we are unable to re-book that week you will be responsible for the full amount of rent in your contract.  *to date we have always re-booked and refunded all or the majority of our tenant's money.  In the case of cancellation due to inclement weather we do not offer a refund.  We strongly suggest you purchase travel insurance.
REFUNDS- in the case that a tenant is not satisfied with the property upon arrival, and the instructions at the house are followed, and if still not satisfied, a reasonable refund will be issued.  We want happy tenants!
