Summer 2012 is booking up fast. Grab a prime week while you can.

Total relaxation and comfort. Just a 2 min. walk to the cove & 6-10 more to Indian Neck beaches, this beautiful home is tucked away in a wooded area ensuring privacy & quiet. Your comfort is our priority. Upstairs has an open floor plan including the recently updated kitchen, dining room & living room with brand new comfortable seating for 10, flat screen TV & hotel style wall A/C unit (PTAC), as well as a large Master with an en suite bath & PTAC. Downstairs is a walkout basement with whole basement dehumidification, lots of fans, 2 large bedrooms, a mini suite with a half bath & a kitchenette, & a den with TV, games & books for kids. Outside has a huge wrap-around deck & lower patio with a gas grill, patio furniture for 10, lounges, an enclosed shower, beach toys & fishing rods. Email me to view more photos.

Nearby is the Cove with tons of sea life, and the secluded Indian Neck beach just a few steps further. Enjoy the beautiful view of downtown Wellfleet and the Harbor across the water from the Cove. Downtown Wellfleet is the new hotspot with wonderful dining, art galleries, shops and their very own theater group, W.H.A.T. Just 10 minutes down route 6 is the Wellfleet drive in theater where the flea market is held every weekend. 20 minutes in the opposite direction you are in famous Provincetown for amazing food, shopping, sight seeing and whale watching excursions. On the way stop and see the Truro winery and sand dunes. There are tons of fresh water ponds where you can fish your heart out or just go for a swim.

vacation rental rates

Off season is October-before Memorial Day. $900-$1495 per week or $225-$325 per night 3 night minimum or 2 nights plus $150 cleaning fee.

Shoulder weeks are Memorial Day to last full week of June and 1st week of September to 1st week of October. $1795-$2595 or $325-$475 per nt. 2 night minimum.

High season is July and August. Summer 2012-$2950 per week A/C units & expanded cable available only mid June-mid Sept. A/C can be requested during all other weeks for $100 per week.

Wifi is available April thru November. Cable and phone availability varies. Please inquire.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY- If you need to cancel we will do our best to re-book that week. In the case that we re-book to another party, you will be refunded either your original rental amount or the amount of rent in the new booking, whichever is less. If we are unable to re-book that week you will be responsible for the full amount of rent in your contract. *to date we have always re-booked and refunded all or the majority of our tenant's money.
REFUNDS- in the case that a tenant is not satisfied with the property upon arrival, and the instructions at the house are followed, and if still not satisfied, a reasonable refund will be issued. We want happy tenants!

A Perfect Cape Vacation Home

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was beautiful and spacious. It provided my family and I with all that we needed for a perfect vacation on The Cape. The home was conveniently located for all that we wished to do. It was clean and well maintained. I knew we were in the right place when my 7 year old son remarked on the day we arrived, "This is my dream house, Mom!" We received excellent customer service throughout each step of the renting process. I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent personal attention I received when choosing this rental as our vacation home. We appreciate the attention to detail provided and will look forward to returning again!

My family and i stayed here during the last week of May. It was a great experience. The house is very clean and super convenient- it had all the amenities you would need. The wifi was a great bonus too.
We were a party of 10 and the house was a perfect size for us. We used the grill, the oven and the stove and they all worked perfectly.
The house is a 5 minute walk to the cove, which I didn't like so much because it felt more like a marsh. However, you can walk 10-15 minutes to the Wellfleet beach (by massasoit road). That beach was one of the most beautiful places I've ever been too. It's well worth the walk! You can also drive if you prefer, I think you would just have to take another route. The house has a binder with all the information you would need regarding the surrounding areas.
We drove to Provincetown which only took about 20 minutes. We also visited the nearby Truro vineyards and that was a pretty sight as well.
I highly recommend this place! And Marilynn of Cape Cod Experience was a pleasure to work with!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Great holiday getaway

We very much enjoyed staying there. We both had a very good time and everything at the
house was wonderful. It seemed that every thought had been given to make the renter's stay more enjoyable. We really did love the house, it was just beautiful. We plan to repeat our stay for the same dates next year
