Upstairs has an open floor plan including the recently updated kitchen, dining room & living room with comfortable seating for 10 & portable A/C, as well as a large Master with an en suite bath.   Downstairs is a walkout basement with 2 large bedrooms, a mini suite with a half bath & a kitchenette, & a den with TV, games & books for kids. Outside has a huge wrap-around deck & lower patio each with a gas grill, patio furniture, an enclosed shower,  beach toys & fishing rods. 

The fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, DirecTV, DVD/VCR, Wi-Fi, fireplace, games & books to read are just a sampling of the amenities designed for your comfort.  We provide hotel style bed and bath linens & laundry soap for your convenience and added value.  Come and unwind & enjoy your home away from home!

Nearby is the Cove with tons of sea life, and the secluded Indian Neck beach just a few steps further.  Enjoy the beautiful view of downtown Wellfleet and the Harbor across the water from the Cove.  Downtown Wellfleet is the new hotspot with wonderful dining, art galleries, shops and their very own theater group, W.H.A.T.   Just 10 minutes down route 6 is the Wellfleet drive in theater where the flea market is held every weekend.  15 minutes in the opposite direction you are in famous Provincetown for amazing food, shopping, sight seeing and whale watching excursions.   On the way stop and see the Truro sand dunes.   There are tons of fresh water ponds where you can fish your heart out or just go for a swim.

Off season is October-before Memorial Day.  $900-$1295 per week or $195-$325 per night 3 night minimum.

Shoulder weeks are Memorial Day to last full week of June and 1st week of September to 1st week of October.  $1395-$2395 or 3 night minimum.  Inquire for nightly rates.

High season is July and August.  $2750 per week

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY- If you need to cancel we will do our best to re-book that week.  In the case that we re-book to another party, you will be refunded either your original rental amount or the amount of rent in the new booking, whichever is less.  If we are unable to re-book that week you will be responsible for the full amount of rent in your contract.  *to date we have always re-booked and refunded all or the majority of our tenant's money. 
REFUNDS- in the case that a tenant is not satisfied with the property upon arrival, and the instructions at the house are followed, and if still not satisfied, a reasonable refund will be issued.  We want happy tenants!
