Laundry room upstairs with full size washer & dryer. Home sleeps 8 and has 1 Ca King bed in master bedroom, 2 guest rooms with Queen beds and another guest room with a twin futon (there is also a queen futon downstairs and a very large comfy couch in the living room!)

The back yard is fenced in, has a big palapa hut and a built in stainless steel BBQ and a nice patio/chair set to lay out/relax on.

The community offers a beautiful pool and hot tub. Included area has bathrooms, shower, lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables/chairs and barbecues. The pool is heated year round.
