Vacation Rental Description

This vacation beach house is located on the Island of Venice,  
Florida and is walking distance to the beach. Downtown Venice is a  
short distance with many unique boutiques, a variety of restaurants  
and a great community theatre.  
 
This spacious paradise house features;  
 
· A caged heated pool (with child barrier) surrounded by a tropical  
garden with a large banyan tree 
· A spacious living room  
· A dining room with a large table that seats eight 
· Four bedrooms, three full baths 
· Five flat screen TVs 
· Central Air with three zones 
· Two car attached garage 
· Please, no smoking or pets 
 
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, two walk in closets,  
ceiling fan, and a large bath including walk in shower, double  
vanity and dressing area. The other three bedrooms have queen size  
beds. Two of those bedrooms have televisions and ceiling fans. The  
open kitchen is fully furnished with appliances, dishes, utensils,  
cookware, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.  
 
This home is located on Valencia Road, 1.5 blocks from the beach.
