Property Description: Beautiful lakefront home just steps from the water.  Leland Getaway and Leland Chalet are side by side homes on the sharp curve just before going into the town of Leland on Manitou Trail. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.  Kitchen leads to a screened in lakefront porch with tables and chairs.  Quiet area to have lunch, read a book or play cards in the evening.  Relax to the sound of the waves.  Living room with large picture window overlooking the lake.  Master bedroom with lake view, queen bed and private bath.  Bath with shower and upgraded granite counter tops and tile.  Second bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bath with shower/tub unit and upgraded counter tops and faucets, newly upgraded.  More sleeping could be available in the living room on a airbed or sleeping bags. 

Dock provided, prime swimming down the ladder at the end of the dock. Beautiful sand bottom & shallow at this point. Buoy is provided for our guest that are bringing there own watersports.

Lake Leelanau is a sand bottom, 23 mile long lake, south end in Traverse City and the north end is Leland. Great boating and all-sports lake. Large enough that you won't ever feel crowded. Boat on up to the town of Lake Leelanau or Leland for shopping and dinner. Lots to do in Leland as far as sightseeing and shopping.

Deposit is non-refundable if canceled 90 days or less before arrival.
90 days or more out from day of arrival, deposit is fully refundable.
