This newly renovated apartment, located in a 16th century Marais building is an immaculate, calm 1 bedroom oasis in the heart of Paris. This bright luxury apartment with all the comforts of home in the Marais awaits you!

The apartment offers two main rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, modern bath with shower, and terrace.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 people with a bedroom with a new, very comfortable full size bed. The living room has a new contemporary sofa and a murphy bed. The two main rooms can be separated, or the sliding doors between them can be opened to create one large space.

On the 1st floor just up one flight of stairs, there are windows in every room including an opening to the terrace off the living room and a deck off the bedroom window.

Upon your arrival we will be on hand to welcome you and help you settle into the apartment. We will go over all aspects of the apartment and answer any questions you may have.

The Marais offers an abundance of important museums, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in a true Parisian neighborhood setting. The Picasso Museum, The Pompidou Center, Place des Vosges, Carnavalet, Notre Dame and Hotel De Ville are only a short walk away!
