The home boasts a large kitchen with an island area for casual dining, as well as a separate dining area, which seats six.  The kitchen looks onto a spectacular great room, with gas fireplace and large plasma TV.  Built-ins also include a desk with wireless high-speed internet.  The dining area opens onto a beautiful covered patio, fully tiled, which includes a built-in BBQ and gas Kieva fireplace with semi-cirlce seating for those cool desert nights.  Beyond the patio is a beautifully desert landscaped, fenced yard.

A cleaning charge at the end of your stay will be $150.00.  Should you be staying for multiple months, cleaning can be arranged for you, at your conveinience and cost, should you want cleaning throughout your stay. A refundable damage deposit of $300 is required.
