"The Mougle Lodge" is the perfect retreat for a single person, a couple or a small family up to 4. Located on a large residential lot in Tahoe Donner. The property has 2 buildings. The Owners live in the mainhouse and the "Mougle Lodge" is a large "Loft" cabin over the garage with aproximately 700 square feet of living space for you to call home.  Owners travel back and forth to their Reno home, so are seldom home. However, we are good company to have nearbye if you need anything or want to have a BBQ with us! We respect the privacy of our Guest so won't bother you and expect the same courtesy, unless you request our company. The Lodge was recently remodeled and refurnished with beautiful highend Mountain furnishings and has a 4-poster queen bed and trundle bed to sleep up to a family of 4.  Other features are hardwood hickory floors, highbeam pine ceilings, wetbar, gas fireplace, downstairs is a "compact kitchen" with everything you need to cook your meals and a full bathroom.  Off of the upstairs loft is a separate deck with a Bistro table and 2 chairs. Outside (shared) is a deck between the two houses with BBQ and patio table and chairs.

* You're probably wondering; "Why the Coconut Palm Tree in the livingroom of a Mountain Cabin?"  Well, we're from the Islands and have a vacation rental home in Princeville, Kauai and palm tree gives you a taste of that calm feeling you would experience if you were sitting under a palm tree in Hawaii.

Rates Range entirely on the Season!  Better discounts for last minute availability and longer stays.

Rates & Seasons: 

1. Fall: $100 per night
2. Winter Season: $150 per night / $900 weekly
3. Shoulder Seasons/Spring Skiing/Non Prime Holidays/ 4th of July Weekend: $125 per night / $800 weekly
4. Prime Holidays: Christmas/New Years/Presidents week: $175 per night $1,100 weekly
5. Summer: $100 per night / $600 weekly

Minnimum stay is 2 nights / 4 nights during prime Holiday times.

Other Fees:

1. 10% Transient Tax on the Rent
2. $50  Outcleaning Fee
3. $200 Refundable Deposit

All fees and a signed Rental Agreement are due at the time of booking to hold and confirm your dates
