Mougle Cabin - Pets OK / Game Room in Truckee

The Mougle Cabin. My guest describe it as; "FUN" as below the cabin, the garage has been remodeled with a full Game Room with pool table and bar that converts to a blackjack, poker, roulette or craps table. Outside is also a shared Hot Tub, BBQ and area to enjoy the great out doors any time of the year.

The perfect retreat for a single person, a couple or a small family up to 4. Located on a large residential lot in Tahoe Donner. The property has 2 buildings. The Owners live in the mainhouse and the "Mougle Cabin" is a large "Loft" cabin over the garage with aproximately 700 square feet of living space for you to call home.The Lodge was recently remodeled and refurnished with beautiful highend Mountain furnishings and has a 4-poster queen bed and trundle bed to sleep up to a family of 4.  Other features are hardwood hickory floors, highbeam pine ceilings, wetbar, gas fireplace, downstairs is a "compact kitchen" with everything you need to cook your meals and a full bathroom.  Off of the upstairs loft is a separate deck with a Bistro table and 2 chairs. Outside (shared) is a deck between the two houses with BBQ and HOT TUB patio table and chairs.

• Wetbar with mini fridge and sink upstairs, full mini kitchen downstairs.
• Deck outside your room has a nice Bistro table and 2 chairs to enjoy the great outdoors.
• Shared Deck is set up with a BBQ, Picnic table and patio table and 4 chairs and umbrella and a Hot Tub
• Beside the main house a wooden swing and adarondak chair for you to enjoy.

* Winter Rates $150 per night

* Spring, Summer, Fall Rates $125 per night

* Lower rates for longer stays

+ $25 per night Holidays / No Specials during Holiday dates

Minnimum stay is 2 nights / 4 nights during prime Holiday times.

Other Fees:

10% Transient Tax on the Rent

$65 - $75 Outcleaning Fee (depending on # of people and length of stay)

$200 Refundable Deposit

* Pets considered + $25 per night, per pet + $100 Refundable Pet Deposit

* Rent the Mougle Cabin and Mougle House together to sleep up to 13 people

All fees are due at the time of booking to hold and confirm these dates. 2 night minimum, 3 nights during Winter Holiday dates.
