This family home set on the mountain in the Steamboat Springs ski village offers spectacular views summer and winter, over the Yampa Valley to the Flattops. Just two minutes to the gondola, it is your private retreat after a day of skiing, hiking, fishing, or just shopping on Lincoln Avenue.

The home features three bedrooms, two full baths, fully-stocked kitchen, large private deck, and new Hot Springs spa. Do not fight for space at a condominium hot tub, this one is all yours. And instead of slogging through the snow to the lobby, park in the private garage. A caretaker keeps an eye on the house and is there if you need anything. Set amongst the aspens, the serenity is overwhelming as the famous champagne powder snowflakes of Steamboat fall on you as you lounge is the spa. The home is furnished with rustic and southwest touches, which makes it an inviting winter hideaway.

This is not just a rental, it is our home much of the summer, so the feeling is personal and cozy. It is stocked with luxurious linens and comfy beds - room for up to nine to sleep. And we have made several improvements this summer with new carpeting, wood floors, new appliances, fresh paint and more! If you like to party after your skiing, it is an easy trip down the mountain to the nightlife of Steamboat. If you like to stay in at night, there is nothing better than a warm cup of cocoa next to the fire, watching the lights of the valley dance out the west-facing picture window.
