The living room is sure to be a favorite room in the house, with vaulted ceilings, overstuffed leather couches and cozy throws. A full entertainment center – including DVD player, surround sound, and flat screen 40" LCD TV, but out of view if it’s a romantic evening in front of the beach you prefer. At night, the couch pulls out into a comfortable queen-size bed.

This bright and inviting kitchen is a perfect place to prepare a meal. With a refrigerator, stainless steel oven and smooth top range, full set of pots and pans, cooking utensils, blender, and toaster oven, you’ll find everything you need to prepare your favorite comfort foods. There’s even a Belgian waffle maker, perfect to prepare healthy breakfasts before a day at the beach

Thre are 4 bar stool just off the kitchen. Ocean views make it a perfect place to linger over a meal.

Bedroom 1

The master suite is a private retreat for the couple of the house. This bedroom features a private balcony, king-size bed, private bath, and breathtaking ocean views. Skylights bathe the bedroom in natural light by day and let you sleep under the stars at night. Luxurious linens, hand-crafted furniture, and a 42" LCD TV with DVD player complete this room.

Bedroom 2

This bedroom was created with visiting friends and children in mind. The comfortable two queen-size beds features a memory-foam mattresses and the attached bathroom. With handcrafted furniture, gorgeous tropical art and shells, beautiful quilts, and a 32" LCD TV with DVD player, this room will be a haven for anyone – young or young at heart.

Bedroom 3

Third bedroom features futon/full size bed, tropical display and computer desk, an ideal set-up for keeping young ones occupied. Third bedroom can be closed with the sliding doors or opened up to bedroom 1.

Outdoor Living Areas

Sea vista condo features a private balcony in the master bedroom and an expansive back porch on the first-floor. The porch features lounge chairs, and is a perfect place to curl up in a quilt with a cup of hot cocoa and enjoy the gorgeous scenery.
