First Floor Bayside Condo with Pool in Ocean City

We rent only to responsible adults who can verify employment and
provide a valid credit card for security. Absolutely no rentals to
anyone under 25, there will be no exceptions.

Our 1 Bedroom condo is situated on the first floor of the 2 story
condo complex, known as Bay Colony. It has parking right outside the
door for 1 vehicle.

The bedroom has a Queen-size bed and Twin-size
bunk beds to accommodate your whole family/group.
There is a Queen size sleep sofa in the Living room, thus, the unit
sleeps 6 comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything but a dishwasher, and even has a washer/dryer.

For your further enjoyment, it is equipped with a 27" TV, VCR and DVD player, as
well as a stock of VHS and DVD movies for all ages. We have also
stocked several drawers in the bedroom with games, books and
activities in case of a rainy day or bored children.

FREE high speed wireless internet access is now available, so if you need/want to bring your laptop, you can access the internet.  Access instructions and password are in the condo.

Sheets, towels and beach towels are all provided for you, as well as all kitchenware and utensils. You only need to bring food.

The condo unit has a swimming pool for your use, which is in the
courtyard, visible from the back deck of the condo unit.

Smoking and pets are not permitted in our unit, sorry. Smokers may use
the outside deck only, there is a special beach pail for your use.

The condo is an end unit, which is especially nice because you will
see from the photos, there is a nice area beside the unit for sitting
in the shade, and allowing children to play safely, since it is
entirely fenced in and protected.

The condo is just 3 blocks to the beach and boardwalk, 28th and 27th
streets are the cross-streets. Also right around the corner is the
famous Jolly Roger Amusement area, a favorite with children.
