Paradise on Lac a l'Equerre; great beach, own tennis court in Tremblant

Set in three and a half acres of woodland, "Paradise" is a beautiful, well equipped three bedroomed cottage with tennis court and access to a private beach on Lac a l'Equerre which is just across the road from the property. The cottage is located 12 minutes from the ski lifts on the north side of Mont-Tremblant and 25 minutes from each of the three villages that comprise the city of Mont-Tremblant.

We are sorry but we do not accept pets or children under 7 years old.

The property has three bedrooms - a master with en-suite bathroom, a queen and a double. There is also a fold out sofa bed in the basement. There is a family shower room and also a toilet/wash basin in the "walk-out" basement.

Other facilities include: private tennis court, Canadian canoe (kept at the beach), lake swimming, barbeque, weights machine, great view of the lake, rock climbing, fire pit. There are two integral garages.

The property is equipped like a home rather than a basic rental property, so you will find the full range of kitchen equipment, including crockery in good quantities. There is hi-speed cable internet access, satellite TV, a phone and washing/drying machines.

Lac a l'Equerre is close to all the attractions in the Tremblant area, including Mont Tremblant for downhill skiing and snowboarding and summer hiking; Domain St. Bernard for cross country skiing; the Tremblant National Park, which is a magical place for those that like hiking and river canoeing; several fine golf courses; the Scandinavian Spa; cycling on the route of the Petit Train du Nord and boat excursions on Lac Tremblant.

Standard Season: Apr 16 - June 14, Nov 1-30 = CAN$1,250 per week

High season: Dec1 - April 15 & June 15 - Oct 31 = CAN$1,800 per week

Christmas/New Year/Spring Break: CAN$2,500 per week

Note: Rates include a full clean up at the end of your stay and a basic starter pack of food, toilet rolls etc.
