kitchen, hallway, and both bathrooms. The private balcony, with a
northern exposure, offers a beautiful ocean view. Let the ocean
sounds lull you to sleep at night. The Master bedroom has a queen
bed; the second bedroom has both a double bed and a single bed. Use
the Building's direct beach access door to enter onto our safe "No
Drive" beach, or the charming swimming pool. Pets are not allowed.

Air-conditioned and nicely furnished with a fully-equipped
kitchen. All dishes, glasses, utensils, linens, and towels are
provided along with local telephone service, cable TV and VCR/DVD
player. TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Long distance calls
can be made by credit or calling card. Secure/gated underground
assigned parking for one car, with guest or additional parking
available on the top deck above the garage. Easy walk to Publix
grocery store, banking, shopping, Bealls Outlet, restaurants, and
more.

The building’s recreational areas include an outdoor pool with
separate lounge chair tanning area, his and hers saunas, walkway
directly from building to the beach, social room, ping pong,
billiards, shuffle board, book and puzzle libraries, well-equipped
exercise room with television. As the building property is east of
Ocean Drive (A1A), you and your family can go surf fishing,
swimming, or take long walks and strolls on the beach without
dodging traffic on route A1A. Enjoy watching the dolphins swim

Rates are $1950/month (minimum rental of two months duration per
Condo Association rules). Third consecutive month (or more)
negotiable. Additional partial months at $450 per week.
One time cleaning fee of $85 and refundable $400 damage deposit are
required. If rented 6 months or less, add 12.5% for Florida &
Volusia's rental sales taxes to both the rental amount and the
cleaning fee; no rental sales tax if rented for more than six months.
