You need only to bring yourself, a bathing suit, your food and your water toys to enjoy a fun filled stay on the lake. Enjoy the natural air conditioning from this quiet retreat while relaxing on the large deck. Located 22 miles from downtown Austin, 31 miles from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, and 4 miles from Mansfield Dam. Austin offers many area festivals and activities throughout the year to attend. Locally there is golf, shopping, restaurants and movies. Water skiing, kayaking, boating, jet skiing, wake-boarding, and swimming are all permitted on this quiet part of the lake. Have a barbeque on the private deck perched directly over the water. Tie your boat off and relax on our private pier. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal or a quick snack. Relaxation and fun is what it's all about at Lake Austin.
