fountain. The condominium is a second floor unit with high
ceilings. The condo is in excellent condition. It is nicely painted
throughout. The main areas are soft pastels, except a vibrant blue
in the guest bedroom. There are custom fans on the lanai, in the
living room, the master bedroom and the guest bedroom. There is nice
tile in the kitchen and the gathering room. The countertops are
Corian. The appliances are upgraded with a ceramic flat top stove
and a side-by-side refrigerator. The condo is beautifully decorated
with all new furnishings. We rent only to non-smokers. No pets are
allowed. Condominium Association By-laws require that we rent for
a period of AT LEAST one month.

has a queen size bed and the Den has a queen sleeper sofa. A
comfortable, roomy living area with a fully equipped kitchen open to
living and dining area. Utilities, telephone (outgoing--local calls
only), cable TV are included.

and Fort Myers beaches. Explore the Ding Darling National Wildlife
