Enjoy the conveniences of South Fort Myers and the amenities of our
luxury condominium in the gated community of Gulf Harbour Yacht and
Country Club, featuring walking trails, bike paths, pool, gas grill,
hot tub, river and lakes. Gulf Harbour is a prestigious golf and
yachting community in South Fort Myers, only minutes to Fort Myers
Beach, Sanibel and Captiva. Screened lanai overlooks lake and
fountain. The condominium is a second floor unit with high
ceilings. The condo is in excellent condition. It is nicely painted
throughout. The main areas are soft pastels, except a vibrant blue
in the guest bedroom. There are custom fans on the lanai, in the
living room, the master bedroom and the guest bedroom. There is nice
tile in the kitchen and the gathering room. The countertops are
Corian. The appliances are upgraded with a ceramic flat top stove
and a side-by-side refrigerator. The condo is beautifully decorated
with new furnishings. We rent only to non-smokers. No pets are
allowed. Condominium Association By-laws require that we rent for
a period of AT LEAST one month so please don't inquire for rental for periods less than one month.

sleep up to 6 comfortably with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and Den with
sleeper sofa. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a sumptuous
bath and roman tub, dual vanities and walk in closet, Bedroom Two
has a queen size bed and the Den has a queen sleeper sofa. A
comfortable, roomy living area with a fully equipped kitchen open to
living and dining area. Utilities (no telephone) and cable TV are included.
