• There are 3 upscale and delicious restaurants very nearby:  Mangrove Mama's, Square Grouper, and Buen Appetito.  Of course, there are countless excellent restaurants and bars in Key West.
• Key West boasts 2 public beaches, Smathers Beach and Higgs Beach.
• Key West is also home to museums, art galleries, parasailing, fishing charters, and nearly everything that might delight you.
• Want to rent a boat?  Dave at Pro Gear Boat Rentals has agreed to rent the boats to our guests at the regular rental fees, but to launch with you at the Cudjoe Marina, then show you how to get to the ocean and back from our house for free,  He'll put a track on the GPS so that you can follow it in and out.  The only thing he asks is that you give him a ride back to the marina.  GREAT DEAL!  He's located on Big Pine Key.  The site does not let me post his phone number or email address.

                       Monroe County hotel tax rate:  5%

                      Cleaning:  $175.00

                      Pool Heating fee:   $100.00 / week

                      Security Deposit:  $1500.00 required to hold reservation and is refundable shortly after departure if the keys are returned and the premises are left in acceptable condition.   If keys are not returned, there is a $100.00 charge for each elevator key and $25.00 charge for the door keys.

50% is due at booking.  Balance is due 90 days proior to arrival.

Note:   Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.  Cancellations made prior to 90 days before arrival will result in a refund of the rental fee.  Cancellations made within the 90 days before arrival will be refunded only if the property can be re-rented.
