Current Rate November 2009 are nightly at $250.00 per night with a 2 Night Minimum requirement. Weekly rate is discounted please see our deal rate now on special.    Monthly rate is $4,500.00 .  We do not have any hidden fees like booking or extra per person fee this amount is  including taxes.  The  Cleaning fee $200.00 and is a the only additional fee.  If you have any further question please e-mail or call me I will be happy to explain our fees.

Holiday rates for the week of December 20 to January 2, 2009.  home is open for rent by the week only.  The rates for December and January of 2009 are slightly higher please inquiry.

Rates are the same for 1 person as for 10 people.  50% Deposit is required to hold your reservation this can be paid through credit card or Pay pal.  The deposit if FULLY REFUNDABLE up to 14 days prior to your arrival.  After that time it become NON-Refundable.  The balance is due upon arrival.

No pets are allowed and No smoking in the home.  Credit Cards only upon arrival you must have a credit card not a debit card and a current drivers licenses upon arrival.  This will be used for your security deposit.
