 The cleaning fee is $100.00 for  your stay. *** 50% Deposit is required to hold your reservation***  This can be paid by paypal or credit card.  This deposit 100% refundable up to 14 days prior to your arrival.  After that time it is NON-refundable and will apply to your stay amount.  The balance due 50% and the cleaning fee are paid the day of arrival.

Security Deposit is required for your stay it is an authorization on your credit card not an actual charge unless there is damage to the home.  You must have a current driver licenses and credit card not a debit card but an actual credit card. This  along with your balance due of the additional 50% will be required upon check in.
