Quiet, secluded, eight room cottage with a high vantage point on the beautiful St. Lawrence River. River views from every room! Queen-size bed in master bedroom. Double beds(3/4 size) in two downstairs bedrooms with shared bath. Private,large deep water dock perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and watching the blue herons, loons and other wildlife! Screened sunporch with wraparound deck seating area.

Fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher. Full size washer and dryer available. TV(not cable), DVD, gas and charcoal grill. Guests are asked to bring own sheets and towels unless linen arrangements are made with owner.

High Season(July and August) $1100.00 weekly/$3600 month
Low season (June and September) $950.00 weekly/ $3400 month
Saturday-Saturday rental. Check-in 2pm. Check- out 10:00 am.

Balance due 30 days prior to reserved dates
Check and PayPal accepted.
Cancellation: Deposit returned with 30 days notice. No refunds of rental rates with less than 30 days notice unless property is able to be rented for cancelled time.
