Spacious full kitchen with brand new appliances, breakfast bar and dining room. Full washer/dryer, ironing board and iron is also provided. All the comforts of home are provided for you in this upscaled home. ~Beautiful southern exposure a big plus~
Two parking spots. Private balcony provides beautiful view from the first floor. Balcony furnished with table and chairs.
Large master bedroom has King bed. Second bedroom has double bed. Third bedroom has two twin beds. Bedrooms have brand new beddings, blankets, pillows night stands, dressersand ceiling fans. Huge living room provides an L-Shaped sofa with full pull-out queen sleeper.
Flat screen tv's throughout the condo, indcluding a dvd player for each flatscreen.
Phone, cable, internet. Phone includes free nation wide calling. Cable includes premium channels like MTV, ESPN and on Demand.
Pillows and blankets provided; renters provide own sheets/linen,towels, paper
