We rent to families and adults 25 years of age or older.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a range, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and combo washer/dryer. Ample dishware, glasses and cooking utenils stock the kitchen. The master bathroom has a jetted tub and hairdryer. The guest bath has a walk-in shower. There are 3 televisions and 2 DVD players in the unit. The living room's television is a 40 inch flat screen. Free Wi-Fi, videos, books and games are provided for your enjoyment.

The unit has a keyless entry system. No standing in line waiting to check-in. Go directly to the condo with your personal entry code and start your vacation.

The building offers outdoor adult and baby pools. The new indoor pool was opened in June, 2009. There is an indoor hot tub and exercise room with a steam sauna.  An elevated tennis court is also on the grounds.

Summerchase is conveniently located in Orange Beach. Everything is close by; grocery stores (3), restaurants, golf, boat charters, naval museum, the new Wharf, shopping and much more.
