Summerchase is a medium sized (94 units) building. My unit is gulf front with over 1100 sq ft of living space. The balcony looks directly out to the Gulf of Mexico. It can be accessed from the living room or master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a range, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and combo washer/dryer. Ample dishware, glasses and cooking utenils stock the kitchen. The master bathroom has a jetted tub and hairdryer. The guest bath has a walk-in shower. There are 3 televisions and 2 DVD players in the unit. The living room's television is a 40 inch flat screen. Free Wi-Fi, videos, books and games are provided for your enjoyment.

The building offers outdoor adult and baby pools. The new indoor pool was opened in June, 2009. There is an indoor hot tub and exercise room with a steam sauna.  An elevated tennis court is also on the grounds.

Summerchase is conveniently located in Orange Beach. Everything is close by; grocery stores (3), restaurants, golf, boat charters, naval museum, the new Wharf, shopping and much more.
