City Limits Near Water Park & Golf Resort-Walk to Town in Helen

Within walking distance to town, this new family built home is located in the city limits of Helen, Georgia on 1 1/2 acres a couple of blocks behind the new Helen Water Park. Innsbruck Golf Resort is only three blocks away.

You'll love sitting on one of the two covered porches while listening to the sounds of the creek in the back yard. On most days you will see wild turkeys walking through the yard. If you would rather be indoors, enjoy the 32" LCD flat screen TV; the poker table in the game room; free WIFI service; or, sit in the spacious sunroom and enjoy the mountain view through the large picture windows.

The home features two large bedrooms upstairs with queen size pillow-top beds and a private full bath in each. The master bedroom has a sitting area and a desk. Both bedrooms have a 26" LCD flat screen TV. A Playstation 2 Game Console is in the Guest Bedroom with six games provided.

The main level of the home has bamboo hardwood flooring and ceramic tile. The beautiful full kitchen has Corian counter tops and a breakfast island where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee and breakfast, or you can enjoy your meals in the dining area. There's also a large full bath with a double vanity on the main level and a separate laundry room.

We personally greet our guests at the front door upon arrival to show you around the cabin and to give you the opportunity to ask any questions.  We also provide maps, a travel guide, flyers of local attractions, and local restaurant menus for your convenience.

If you want the feeling of seclusion with much peace and quiet, but want to be close to all of Helen's activities, then this is the place for you. Stay at our cottage and you'll be glad you did. We hope that you will come again and again!

LCD flat screen Cable TV's in the living room, and both bedrooms. We also provide a video library consisting of 25 DVD movies and a Playstation 2 with six games.

Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, electric range, microwave, dishwasher.  Beautiful corian counter tops and a breakfast bar to enjoy your morning coffee. We provide a toaster, blender, mixer, crock pot, pasta cooker, flat grill, and a coffee maker.  We provide spices and some condiments.

Don't worry about that morning cup of coffee - we provide the coffee, sugar, and creamer for those of you who arrive tired or late and don't feel like going to the store.  Also provided:  hot chocolate, cider, popcorn, and tea bags.

Queen sized beds with pillowtop mattress in each bedroom. Both have a private bath in each.  Alarm clock and hair dryer provided.

Bamboo hardwood flooring in living room.  Beautiful ceramic tile throughout the remainder of the main level. Carpet in upstairs bedrooms.

Enjoy playing cards in the game room at the poker table along with many other family board games, such as a large checker board, back-gammon, etc.   

Two covered porches, one with ceiling fans, makes an enjoyable time outside while listening to the sounds of the creek in the back yard.  You will most likely see wild turkeys walking through the yard daily and don't be surprised if you see deer wandering near the creek.

For those cold winter nights, start up a warm fire in the wood-burning fireplace.  We provide some wood for your use. In the summertime, enjoy grilling on the the gas grill.  A solar light umbrella is available for night time enjoyment on the deck.

Also provided for your convenience is laundry detergent, fabric softner, ironing board and iron, soap, shampoo, bubble bath, Avon fragrance colognes (if you like the fragrance, you may take one home free of charge). 

Also provided is a free complimentary bottle of wine for your enjoyment.
