This updated and redecorated condo has been our private vacation home for over ten years.  It is an end unit in a small and private complex with windows on all walls except the fireplace wall and is the perfect place to “suspend your reality” for the time you are there.

There are two decks - front and back - with a spectacular view of the back of the continental divide from the back deck. The Alpenglow is breathtaking. We have often sat on the back deck enjoying steaks that were freshly grilled on the propane grill, sipping wine and watching the trains go by in the valley below.  

The bedrooms are spacious and airy with an abundance of closet space in each in addition to a coat closet in the hallway. The second bath has a separate dressing and make up area and the showers are better than our showers at home. Both bathrooms have all the shelf and storage space in the medicine cabinets then you would probably ever need.

In addition to providing a comfortable place to relax and watch TV, the fireplace or take in the view off the back deck, the two couches can be put together with two large matching ottomans in between to form a pillow soft queen sized bed.  

It boasts a fully furnished and updated kitchen with a large compliment of appliances, dishes, cookware and miscellaneous utensils. We have used it extensively as a second home for over a decade and except for some precious family momentos, have removed little from the condo.

Our wish is that you might find the enjoyment, relaxation and comfort there that we have.

We are dog lovers and as such, we welcome you to bring your dog IF he/she is completely house trained, clean, does not chew furniture, does not bark much and you are willing to pick up ALL deposits left anywhere on the condo property.

This is our home away from home so whatever we have needed for the last 10 years is there.

Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Disposal, Microwave, Coffee Maker with timer and coffee in the freezer, Toaster/Broiler, Propane gas grill, Crockpot, Mixer, Blender, Vacuum cleaner, Gas fireplace.

All pots, pans and cooking utensils. All eating utensils, plates, cups, glasses, etc. 

All bed and bathroom linens.

Cable TV, DVD and VCR players.

Off street Parking

Dog gate on front deck.

Cross ventilation for those gentle mountain breezes - both day and night.
