The first floor of this townhouse includes your living room (pool-view), kitchen and pass-through to the dining room, a large pantry, powder room and lanai.  Upstairs you'll find a large master bedroom with bath, plenty of closet space including a large walk-in closet, and a screened balcony overlooking the pool.  Just down the hallway is the guest bedroom, bathroom and laundry facilities.

A few steps from your lanai you will find an large pool (heated) area for your year-round enjoyment.  Landscaped attractively with lounge chairs and patio tables, you can soak up the sun with your friends and family.  If tennis is your passion, you’ll find courts just a few steps away.  Across the beautifully landscaped courtyard there is a dock with the possibility of your own personal boat slip.  A large deck area with grill and recreation room are on the waterfront, perfect for viewing beautiful sunsets.  Just down the waterway is a full service marina, Tampa Bay and for the adventuresome- the Gulf of Mexico.
