A few steps from your lanai you will find an large pool (heated) area for your year-round enjoyment.  Landscaped attractively with lounge chairs and patio tables, you can soak up the sun with your friends and family.  If tennis is your passion, you’ll find courts just a few steps away.  Across the beautifully landscaped courtyard there is a dock with the possibility of your own personal boat slip.  A large deck area with grill and clubhouse facilities are on the waterfront, perfect for viewing beautiful sunsets.  Just down the waterway is a full service marina, Tampa Bay and for the adventuresome- the Gulf of Mexico.

Anchor Point is a quiet community located in the small town of Apollo Beach.  You’ll find your everyday needs can be easily met by the shopping and offices within 10 minutes of home.  Apollo Beach is conveniently located within reasonable distances (30 minutes to 2 hours) from many central Florida attractions.    Golf, shopping, marinas, restaurants and beaches are all readily available for entertainment.  You’ll find big city fun in Tampa, 45 minutes to your north, slower paced Sarasota 45 minutes to your south, high energy entertainment in Orlando, 2 hours east.

November thru April $1700 per month.
