If you have rented this unit before you know how well we keep it updated. This unit has a 2009 pillow top queen size matress in the master (new bedroom furniture with dresser and chest for expanded drawer space was added in 2008), two 2009 pillow top full size matresses in the second bedroom w/TV & DVD. 2 room fans are also included.  A comfortable queen sized couch bed, love seat, leather recliner, entertainment center and oven were added in 2006-2007. It has a fully stocked kitchen with overhead ceiling fan and new stove/oven.  Cabinets and countertops were upgraded in 2009.  This is a ground floor unit with a view to the pool which sits in a lovely court yard setting, only 100 yards to one of the most beautiful beaches (fine white sand) in Florida.
