To make a reservation for Venus Unit #112 just call the toll free number in this listing. Be sure to ask if your dates are still showing available. The calendar on this web site is updated regularly. My phone number is the one listed for the evening contact. $200 deposit required at the time of booking. $50 cancellation fee prior to 14 days notice. Singles under 25 must be accompanied by a parent of guardian.

If you have rented this unit before you know how well we keep it updated. This unit has a 2009 pillow top queen size matress in the master (new bedroom furniture with dresser and chest for expanded drawer space was added in 2008), two 2009 pillow top full size matresses in the second bedroom w/TV & DVD. 2 room fans are also included.  A comfortable queen sized couch bed, love seat, leather recliner, entertainment center and oven were added in 2006-2007. It has a fully stocked kitchen with overhead ceiling fan and new stove/oven.  Cabinets and countertops were upgraded in 2009.  This is a ground floor unit with a view to the pool which sits in a lovely court yard setting, only 100 yards to one of the most beautiful beaches (fine white sand) in Florida.  Access to the beach is seen in the photo looking beyond the tennis court, which sits next to the pool.
