A screened in porch area with patio set and gas bbq.price also includes phone with free north american long distance internet access and digital cable begining april 2010 check in times are 4pm and check out is 11am unless arranged otherwise with owners

Clean, well-maintained home in quiet neighbourhood 3 minutes from good,inexpensive,friendly golf course. 5 minutes from shopping areas and 10 minutes from beach restaurants. Safe and easy walking in neighbourhood. Kitchen is stocked with items like garbage bags, spices, etc. and all utensils and dishes needed for cooking and eating. Barbecue had a full tank of propane ready to use. Property manager was helpful in answering any questions. Tarpon Springs is one-half hour away and is a charming community to visit with manatees, fishing, boat tours, restaurants,hiking. Dunedin and St. Pete's beach another 15 to 20 minutes past Tarpon Springs. Altogether a restful and easy vacation spot.

Gotta Golf

We found the house quite clean, comfortable and spacious,located in a quiet neighborhood. The Beacon Woods golf coarse within a 2 min. drive is well run with exelent prices and movement of players. The coarse is challenging for all levels of golfers and I found that I could play this coarse all week. There are other nice coarses with in a short drive also very challenging and cheap. The house is located close to shopping of all sorts and with the help of a tom-tom getting lost was not going to happen.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway

Lovely, centrally located home very close to 3 golf courses, the best one being only 3 mins. away. Shopping and the beach and a great seafood restaurant are 5 mins. away. We especially enjoyed the free long distance and internet. We'll be back.
