Oceanfront duplex with private walk onto beach, excellent house for
beachlovers with young children because of proximity to beach and
walking distance to stores and recreation.
You can View the ocean from the living room, dining area and oceanside
deck with a cool drink in hand while you watch your family play on the beach.
It may seem a given that an "ocean front" house
would be on the ocean, but many of the ocean fronts I visited on LBI
weren't that close to the ocean at all.
Many of the units advertised
as ocean front only let you see the ocean if you are ten feet tall,
or walk hundreds of feet over a dune.
In terms of viewing the ocean and beach with private access just steps
away,this unit is one of the
best I have seen. You really can sit on the deck and have full view
of the ocean.
Private off street parking (for two vehicles) and secluded "one in"
location means that the public doesn't walk past you or your cars on
their way to the beach.
This feature allows you to enjoy being in the midst of all the best LBI has
to offer while still being able to step back into the privacy of your
own space.
Home was built in 1999 and features Corian counter tops,
tiled kitchen and Berber Carpet, everything is well maintained and
modern.
French doors open onto Oceanside shaded deck. Private entrance to
house, private washer/dryer/storage
and dedicated outside shower and dressing area.

washer dryer, coffee maker, toaster, beach chairs, blankets,pillows,
ironing board, central air conditioning, cable tv, phone jacks in
all
rooms, local phone service, microwave, vacuum cleaner, cleaning
utensils and supplies.

Renters must supply their own:

provisions
Beach Towels and bath towels
pillow cases and sheets
bath and personal supplies, cleaning supplies (dish soap,
cleaner,etc)
beach badges (available for daily or weekly at Municipal Bldg.)

Resturants, pitch and putt, shopping, jet ski rentals, novelty
stores.
