It's there, in our fully furnished 800 square foot Guest Cottage at 18 Whispering Pines in Summer Village on Long Sought For Pond in Westford, Massachusetts! (Goggle: Summer Village Westford for information on this FANTASTIC Summer Community) The attractive, air conditioned, fully furnished cottage has a fully applianced kitchen, living room, plenty of linens and towels, washer and dryer, cable TV, DVD, secure wireless internet, ceiling fans, dining porch, and two bedrooms, (master bedroom with queen and 2nd bedroom with single over double bunk), large floored attic for storage,  large outside checkerboard patio, picnic table and grill area, use of bicycles (bring your own helmets) and a 4 seat electric golf cart, plus parking for two cars. Room for a family of 5 (or 6 using the Futon!) Walk, or ride the bicycles or golf cart to the water front for swimming in a wonderful, spring-feed 100+ acre pond out to the raft and back or one of the two swimming pools, one for kids, one (heated) for adults. Use the Association's canoes, kayaks, and sailboats. Enjoy the playground, or the lodge with its restaurant, bar, pool table, and library with wifi. There is a large screened pavilion with movies for the kids,  tennis and basketball courts, pocket parks with campfire pits, trails, and other amenities available at this wonderful seasonal community. It comes fully furnished including the golf cart for $185,000  (with whatever rental contracts are in place)! If you wish to explore having a new cottage built by the Developer, contact the Sales Office at SummerVillageWestford, and tell them Vern and Suzy sent you! A warm and friendly summer setting with active and passive activities for adults, young and old, and children of all ages. Children's movies, bingo, horseshoes, poker, tennis, basketball, fishing, canoe, kayak, sailing, pool and lake swimming, hiking, social hours at the lodge with bar and restaurant, bingo, pool, wifi, snack bar, sun and shade. It is the full time summer home for many cottage owners, some of whom commute daily to work nearby. Westford is a graceful, rural community with wonderful homes, many small ponds, hiking trails, and winding country roads great for walking, biking or driving. Summer Village is only minutes from Interstate Routes 3 and 495, and the Lowell train station, providing easy access by car, train or limo to  historic  Massachusetts towns, the culture and excitement of Boston, and tax-free shopping in nearby New Hampshire. But you might just decide to relax and enjoy the casual summer living here at the Village!
