The Cottage at 18 Whispering Pines, Summer Village in Westford

Great Summer Rental!  Settle in for a week or more in our fully furnished Summer Cottage at Summer Village on Long Sought For Pond in Westford, Massachusetts! The cottage at 18 Whispering Pines has a fully applianced kitchen, living room, cable TV, internet,  dining porch, and two bedrooms, (master bedroom with queen and 2nd bedroom with single over double bunk), use of bicycles (bring your own helmets) and a 4 seat electric golf cart, plus parking for two cars. Room for a family of 5 (or 6 using the Futon!) Walk or ride the bicycles or golf cart to the water front, playground, lodge, pavilion, tennis and basketball courts, campfire pits, trails, and other amenities available at this wonderful seasonal community. For 2010, the rent ranges from $700 to $1000/week, Saturday to Saturday, check in at 3pm and out by 10am. The calendar is open now for our repeat renters, and opens the first of January for new renters. References and security deposit required to confirm a reservation. A warm and friendly summer setting with active and passive activities for adults, young and old, and children of all ages. Children's movies, bingo, horseshoes, poker, tennis, basketball, fishing, canoe, kayak, sailing, pool and lake swimming, hiking, social hours, sun and shade. It is the full time summer home for many cottage owners, some of whom commute daily to work nearby. Rental opportunties are very limited here. Westford is a graceful, rural community with wonderful homes, many small ponds, hiking trails, and winding country roads great for walking, biking or driving. Summer Village is only minutes from Interstate Routes 3 and 495, providing easy access to  historic  Massachusetts towns, the culture and excitement of Boston, and tax-free shopping in nearby New Hampshire. But you might just decide to relax and enjoy the casual summer living here at the Village!

Minimum rental period is one week, Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am.  Check calendar for date/rate schedule and also confirm with cottage owner in advance for availability of desired dates.  A reservation form provided by the owners must be completed and returned promptly with a date/security deposit of $200 to ratify reservation dates.
