Beautifully remodeled ranch style single family home with access to a small private beach and within a half mile of Scarborough beach.  Sleeps 8 very comfortably but accomodations for 10 are possible.  Completely renovated in 2008 with all brand new furnishings, appliances, and furniture.  Full sized HE washer/dryer, 2 flat screen TV's both with digital cable/dvr and surround sound/home entertainment theatre, dvd player, stereo, wireless internet access and more!  AC throughout.  New gas grill on back deck with new outdoor patio furniture.  Large yard, well maintained.  Easy access to beaches and ferry to Block Island.   Our home features 4 bedrooms (two with queen beds and two with double beds), 2 full baths and a fully applianced kitchen.  The family room is open to the dining room and kitchen and ideal for family gatherings.  The home is maintained in immaculate condition and the flooring is hardwood and tile throughout for cleanliness purposes.   Beach chairs are available upon request and ample parking is available.

Close to beaches, fully furnished with all new appliances including dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, lobster pot, toaster, tea pot etc.  All of the furniture was purchased brand new this past fall and is very comfortable.  We choose not to rent out our home during the winter months so it is in top condition for summer time rentals.  Our home is exceptionally clean and well maintained by a cleaning service on a regular basis year round (weekly during the summer months).  The large back yard and deck w/ grill is perfect for families to relax and wind down after a long day at the beach.  The home also features a furnished basement with second family room, small kitchenette, private bedroom and bath.  Three new wall unit AC's keep the home very cool even on the warmest days.  For your convenience we provide bath towels and linens.

There is so much to do in Narragansett whether it be spending the day at the beach with family and friends, shopping, eating local RI seafood, taking the ferry to Block Island, visiting the port of Galilee or playing a round of golf.   You and your family will never be at a loss for things to do.  You can even spend a nice evening at our home, order take out and eat by the moonlight on our back porch. 

Our rates are based on a weekly stay and depend upon the week in question.  The rate for the month of June 2010 is $1250 per week.  The rate for July and August 2010 is $1500 per week.  Nightly and weekend only rates are also available upon inquiry and if booking permits. 

Please contact us for further information and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have about our rates.  Please note we do charge a $100 cleaning fee per week rented so that the home may be cleaned between rentals.  A refundable security deposit of $250.00 is also collected at the time payment is due and will be returned within 2 weeks of checkout assuming no damages have occured.
