Beautiful 4 BR home in Briggs Farm in Narragansett

Raised ranch single family home within a half mile of Scarborough State beach. Completely renovated in 2009 with brand new furnishings, appliances, and furniture.  Full sized LG HE washer/dryer, 2 flat screen TV's both with digital cable and dvr.  Wireless internet access.  Window AC in each bedroom and main living area for a total of 5 Air conditioners.  Gas grill on back deck with plenty of outdoor patio furniture.  Very large fully fenced in and landscaped yard. Outdoor shower.  Easy access to beaches and ferry to Block Island.   4 bedrooms (two with queen beds and two with double beds), 2 full baths (one with full bath tub) and a fully applianced kitchen.  Upper level is mostly open concept and is ideal for family gatherings. There is a bonus room on the lower level with a double pull out sofa thus allowing for 10 to sleep comfortably.  The entire house is hardwood and tile throughout for cleanliness purposes.   Ample driveway parking for 4 cars is available.  

Close to Scarborough State beach.  Fully furnished.  Appliances include dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee pot, lobster pot, toaster, tea pot and the latest mini plus Keurig single cup coffee system.  Furniture was purchased new (in the fall of 2009 or 2010) and is very comfortable.  Our home is clean and well maintained by a cleaning service on a regular basis year round (weekly during the summer months).  The large completely fenced in back yard/deck w/ grill is perfect for families to relax and wind down after a long day at the beach.  The home also features a furnished basement/bonus room.  Five wall unit AC's keep the home very cool even on the warmest days.  You will need to provide your own sheets and towels for sanitary purposes.  All 4 beds have a mattress cover, blanket, 2 pillows and a comforter for your convenience.  We will provide bath towels upon request for an extra nominal fee.

There is so much to do in Narragansett whether it be spending the day at the beach with family and friends, shopping, eating local RI seafood, taking the ferry to Block Island, visiting the port of Galilee or playing a round of golf.  You and your family will never be at a loss for things to do.  You can even spend a nice evening at our home, order take out and eat by the moonlight on our back porch. 

Our rates are based on a weekly stay (Saturday to Saturday) and depend upon the week in question.  The rate for the month of June 2013 is $1350 per week.  The rate for July and August 2013 is $1600 per week.  This rate includes ALL fees, there is no additional cleaning fee.  We require a minimum of $500.00 at the time of booking to ensure reservation ($250 as a damage security deposit and $250 toward the total rental fee).  The security deposit is fully REFUNDABLE within 2 weeks of check-out assuming no major damages have occurred.  Please contact us for further information and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have about our rates.

The house is thoroughly cleaned between rentals at NO CHARGE to you.  We provide this comprehensive clean free of charge.  If paying by credit card we charge a nominal fee of 1.25% as we are charged 2.5% by the credit card processing company.

We will provide bath towels for an extra fee upon request.  The fee is $35.00 per set up (one set up includes 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, and 4 wash cloths).  All beds have a mattress cover, comforter, blanket, and 2 pillows for your convenience free of charge.  

We absolutely do not rent our home to anyone under the age of 21 who is not accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 26.  This is a family oriented rental property.

The property address is 603 Point Judith Road.  We are located on the residential end of route 108 which is a very convenient access point one half mile from Scarborough beach. The home is fenced in for safety.  There is no street parking but the driveway can fit 4 medium sized cars.

We only rent our home by the week, no nightly rentals available.
