Located in the fabulous Incline Village community near the California and Nevada border, this vacation condo has convenient access to both Lake Tahoe and the ski slopes.

The centrally located condo is close to everything! It is updated and nicely furnished. From the light and open kitchen with marble countertops to the spacious master bedroom and adjacent marble bathroom, this condo has everything to make your vacation comfortable and memorable.

This is our second home. At 1332 square feet and with 3 bedrooms, it is affordable luxury!

The kitchen is fully outfitted and the dining table expands to seat eight comfortably. The living area is decorated in lodge style decor. The bedrooms all contain new mattresses and bedding. The king and queen bedrooms both have down comforters and quilts for a restful sleep. The kids' bedroom contains two twin beds.

You can't beat this vacation rental for the price in Incline Village.

The amenities in Incline Village are the best on Lake Tahoe. The community includes two golf courses, two private beaches, one with a pool and one with a boat ramp. The beach is about a ten minute walk from the condo. The recreation center has an indoor pool and sauna, lighted tennis courts, racquetball, a full fitness center, and child care facilities. Guests are allowed access to the Incline Village facilities, with daily and weekly rates available.

Burnt Cedar Beach is one of the nicest beaches in Lake Tahoe.  It is a private and very scenic beach, never crowded and very family friendly.  There is a nice sandy cove perfect for little ones to swim in, a large olympic sized pool and a small kiddie pool, lounge chairs in the sand and by the pool, a snack bar, bathrooms, a volleyball court, a kids play structure and swings, barbecues, picnic tables, a large grassy area, etc. etc.

Many ski resorts are just minutes away. North Star, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl, Mount Rose and Heavenly all are just a short drive away. The Diamond Peaks Ski Resort in Incline is a very family friendly resort with a shuttle bus that stops directly adjacent to the complex.

The Hyatt Grand Lodge and Casino is just a couple of minutes away, with gaming, the Lone Eagle Grill overlooking Lake Tahoe, and the Stillwater Spa.
