Vacation Rental Description

South Palms was built in 2005 and is situated on the highly sought  
after development at Windwood Bay. The area nestles in a beautiful  
natural setting surrounded by a conservation area and wetlands.  A  
short walk brings you to a nature trail around Lake Madison. 
 
Champions Gate Resort is only a few minutes away and offers 2 world  
class golf courses designed by Greg Norman and the David Leadbetter  
Gold Academy.  There is also a very convenient range of shops at the  
local Plaza including Publix, UPS, Beauty Salon, Hair Salon, Chinese  
Restaurant, French Creperie, Italian Bistro, Chillis and of course  
MacDonalds. 
There are Banking facilities, Walgreens, Gas Stations and other  
small  
shops.  South Palms is about 10-15 minutes easy drive from Disney.   
Other attractions, shopping, golf, fishing, tennis, you name it, it  
is all located nearby, making it an excellent location for your  
vacation. 
 
The glorious beaches of St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Sarasota and  
Bradenton are just 75 minutes away to the West and Kennedy Space  
Centre, Daytona and Cocoa Beach the same distance to the East.

Vacation Rental Amenities

South Palms is on a large corner lot surrounded by palm trees.  It  
has a massive 3385 sq.ft. of living space plus the south facing pool  
and deck for your enjoyment. 
 
The formal lounge and dining area has a luxury leather sofa and a  
sofa bed.  The occasional tables, lamps, pictures and mirrors plus a  
large round glass topped dining table make this room ideal should  
you need to do formal entertaining during your visit. 
 
The family room/kitchen/breakfast nook comes with plenty of eating   
space for the whole family including breakfast bar, dining table and  
chairs.  The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker range,  
dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker,juicer,  
electric steamer, fridge/freezer with icemaker.  There is also  
plenty of storage space and everything you need in flatware,  
crockery, pots and pans.  There is also a first aid kit.  There is a  
telephone with all calls including International free, and also  
complimentary access to highspeed internet should you wish to bring  
your laptop. 
The family area has 3 large luxury sofas, occasional tables, lamps,  
ceiling fan, and pictures.  It also has an armoire with 42inch  
Plasma  
digital TV with theatre surround, DVD, CD player and radio.  This  
area overlooks the  
pool area which can be reached through the patio doors. 
The private screened pool which is south facing enabling you to soak  
up the Florida sunshine.  It has been furnished to an extremely high  
standard for your relaxation and your al fresco dining.  As a  
magical touch, the pool has a fibre optic lighting system that  
allows the pool to change colours and light up during the evening.   
The pool has a child safety fence required by Florida Law which must  
be kept up at all times when there are younger guests staying in the  
house.  Should you require pool heat this can be arranged prior to  
your vacation at an additional charge. 
 
The master bedroom is exceptionally large complete with King size  
bed, night stands, dresser and mirror.  There is also an armoire  
with TV and VCR.  There is a clock radio and ceiling fan and lamps.  
There is a large walk in closet with a safe, and the luxurious en  
suite facilites  
include a large walk in enclosed shower, large oval bath, his n'  
hers vanity washbasins and mirror.  Hairdryers provided free of  
charge and bathrobes. 
 
The second master bedroom contains a Queen size bed, walk in  
closets, nightstand, dresser, mirror, clock radio, ceiling fan and  
LCD TV. The en suite bathroom has step in shower/bath, vanity unit  
with washbasin and mirror, & toilet. 
 
The third master bedroom is located downstairs and is ideal for  
grandparents or the less active.  This has a Queen size bed, dresser  
with mirror, nightstands, lamps,TV, clock radio, walk in closet and  
ceiling fan.  The en suite bathroom has step in shower/bath, vanity  
unit with washbasin and mirror, & toilet. 
 
Two further bedrooms are ideal for adults or children.  Both have  
full size twin beds, walk in closets, nightstand, dresser, mirrors,  
clock radios and ceiling fans.  These rooms share a family bathroom  
with step in shower/bath, toilet and mirrored vanity unit with  
washbasin. One has TV/DVD and the other a DVD player. 
 
The upstairs extremely spacious Den is a fantastic place to relax  
for adults and children.  There are 2 large sofas, occasional  
tables, lamps, ceiling fan and armoire with TV and DVD, CD player  
and  
PlayStation2 with dual controllers and games. A large  
selection of books is also available. 
 
The laundry room contains full size washer, dryer, iron, ironing  
board and clothes airer. 
 
This luxurious villa at Windwood Bay is also our home whilst in  
Florida and the furnishings, decoration and pictures have all been  
carefully chosen for our enjoyment and well as our guests.  We are  
positive that if you take your vacation at South Palms you will not  
be disappointed, so why not indulge yourself. 
 
Don't forget the prices include all Florida Sales Tax,   
free telephone calls and high speed internet  
connection. The price quoted is for upto 10 people which makes it  
very affordable and much more luxurious and spacious than a hotel  
room. There is a stroller, highchair, crib and bedding.

Activities and Attractions

All major theme parks are close by, shopping malls, restaurants,  
theatres.  There is also free tennis courts by the lake, the use of  
all the amenities in the 5 star Omini Hotel for a small charge,  
fishing, numerous golf courses, walking, cycling - free use of 2  
bikes.  South Palms is a quiet location for you to relax but if you  
need anything, it is all close by without having to drive miles and  
miles.
