$1,100 for an entire week including a holiday weekend

Deposits:  Refundable Security Deposit of $350 due at booking.  Pets require an additional $200 deposit; half is refundable.  More than one pet may require a higher deposit. Non-refundable cleaning deposit of $100 due at booking. Cleaning service available at additional cost.

Entire amount, including deposit plus tax, and Hospitality Contract & Rules due 30 days before arrival or as negotiated.
