Minutes from Traverse City our quaint cottage has been recently remodeled and updated. The interior boasts handcrafted knotty pine and scenic lake views. Privately located on 247 feet of frontage a secondary lake in the Spider Lake area, we have a rowboat for fishing and abundant wildlife. Perfectly positioned for memorable sunsets, quiet campfires, and enjoyment of the simple pleasures of nature's sights and sounds. 1 bathroom with shower. Towels included, please bring your own beach towels. Queen sized bed and linens, futon and sleeper sofa that can comfortable sleep 6. Wood burning fire place. Fully furnished kitchen, including microwave, toaster, coffee pot, pots & pans, cooking utensils, etc. Outdoor grill. Washer/dryer. Cable TV/DVD player. Well behaved pets are welcome. No smoking please.

The cottage is only 10 minutes to downtown Traverse City. Close by
are great shopping, dining, golf, tennis, jet skiing, parasailing,
horseback riding, hiking, biking, skiing, snowmobiling and the VASA
Trail. Take a day trip to either Leelanau Peninsula or Old Mission Peninsula and tour the many award winning wineries this beautiful area has to offer. 40 minutes away are beautiful lighthouses, The Sleeping Bear  Sand Dunes, quaint towns and villages to explore.

The Traverse City area offers many fesitvals throughout the summer including The Traverse City Film Festival, Elk Rapids Harbor Days, Horse Shows by the Bay, and the most famous National Cherry Festival.

This cottage rental is available year round:

Early June  - Mid September: $700

Mid September - May: $600

Rental is Saturday - Saturday

Pets: $50 weekly

A non-refundable deposit of $250 (applied toward your rent) and $250 security deposit refundable upon checkout are required upon booking. An additional security deposit of $150 is required if you are bringing your pet, also refundable upon checkout.
