This 960 sq. foot two story condo. It  has  2 bedrooms and  1 1/2 baths . It is located in a gated community and adjacent to the only Golf Course in Key West. It has been recently renovated . Fresh paint throughout  and new wood laminate floors in bedrooms .

The Key West Golf Club is the Southernmost Golf Course in the United States. It is just outside of Key West about a 10 minute drive from the downtown (Old Town) Key West Area . Golf Course is open to the public and features  a challenging 18 hole 6500 yd course.

Inside our gated  Community there are two pools . The main lagoon pool  features a refreshing waterfall and is surrounded by beautiful landscape. The smaller pool offers a bit more privacy. There is also a fitness room with weight equipment accessible only by key and available upon request when you book. (deposit of $50 required)  Bathrooms are next to the clubhouse and pool area.

Our community offers a tranquil meditation area completely surrounded by nature and features a nice size pond. Its a great place to read a book or just sit and relax. 

The backyard faces the meditation garden and directly behind  is the main lagoon style swimming pool with waterfall. Its luscious landscape provides plenty of privacy , you are sure to enjoy ! Great for a couples romantic getaway or smaller family vacation spot.

Smathers Beach is approx 5 miles South of the KWGC and its a great place to people watch, meet friends, play volleyball or parasail . Treat yourself to a frozen lemonade at the street vendor kiosks .  Key West has the best in  watersports .  Boat rentals , deep sea fishing, waverunner rentals, sunset cruises, you name it you can find it on the island.  

Keys cuisine to satisfy everyone. Plenty of 5 star restaurants and everything in between.

For a small fee you can get on the Conch Train and you may tour the island and get dropped off at different locations. You may want to visit Hemingways House  and the Mel Fisher Museum. Visit Mallory Square and watch the performers or just go and view the fabulous sunsets KW is known for. Be sure to visit Duval Street and shop or just plain  bar hop .  Some of our favorite bars include Hog's Breath Saloon , Sloppy Joe's and of course Margaritaville. Stick and Stein's is a favorite for locals .  Plenty to do . You won't be disappointed.

KWGC is a monthly rental Only. Will rent less that one month but rent will be based upon taking property off the market for one month . Weekly rental for summer months only (May - October)  .
