True beachfront - charming pet friendly 5 bed/4bath cabin in Amelia Island

This is the perfect beach house for a larger family - or several couples.
The heart of the house is the large comfortable living room with such character - lovely inviting sofas and armchairs to sink into, 42" flat screen TV/DVD with premium cable channels including HBO, Cinemax and the sports package, also well stocked bookcase and like all the rooms, stunning views of the beach.  Plus a dining table with seating for 5-6 (ideal for breakfast or card games.) 

Then there's the large, spacious kitchen / diner where you can cook up some great meals - plenty of
room for several cooks at one time if you dare!   It is so well stocked with everything you
need and has a large dining table seating 10 for family meals.

Also on the first floor are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ocean view room has all new furniture including a King bed and wall mounted flat screen TV. There is a bathroom with
double size glass front shower, vanity, toilet and large mirror. The second bedroom has windows on two sides, with twin beds, a TV and it’s own small bathroom with toilet, vanity and shower.

On the other side of the living room is the third, smallest bedroom with a double bed, high ceiling, windows on 2 sides and a desk overlooking the ocean. (Great place to write that first novel !)

There is WIFI and also a land line for local calls. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer on this floor.

The second floor boasts 2 bedrooms - the master suite with queen bed and French doors that open on to a beautiful, modern deck overlooking the ocean plus a modern bathroom en suite, complete with Jacuzzi tub and separate glass enclosed shower - very tastefully modernized. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, high ceilings and French doors leading out to the oceanfront deck - with the doors open you get lovely ocean breezes. You can fall asleep to the sound of the waves on the sand below your window. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the house also has central
heat and air with individual climate controls on each floor.

There is a covered patio area outside the living room, with gas BBQ, picnic table and additional seating - great place to escape from the summer sun and enjoy the breezes. You will love the ambience and cosiness that this unique cabin offers, along with the space and comfort for a group of up to 10 people.

We leave our books, CD player, gas BBQ, beach chairs and loungers, and even some boogie boards and kids toys - it's all there for your enjoyment. We are really proud of our family vacation home and look forward to welcoming you and your family. We hope you will love it as much as we do, and become repeat renters at our cabin.

Each bedroom has  French doors leading onto large sun deck with awesome ocean views

There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and air conditioning throughout.

Separate laundry room with washer/dryer.  Parking for 3 cars.

There is something for everyone here on our island - you can spend your day lazing at the beach - or surf, swim, fish, hunt for shells or shark's teeth, surf fish - or charter a boat and go deep sea fishing; golf, tennis, antiquing, shopping; take a boat ride to Cumberland Island; go to Savannah only 2 hours away; visit historic Fort Clinch State Park; browse the Historic downtown area; sample the many wonderful restaurants - the list is endless - you will wish your vacation would never end!

January & February: $1999 week/$365 night/$3950 month
 March $2250 week/$395 night/$4500 month 
April & May: $2600 week/$425 night/$6600 month April; $8000 month May
Memorial- Labor Day:  $3300 week/$11500 month(weekly only in the summer)
September: $2500 week/$415 night/5500 month
October/November & December: $1999 week/ $365 night/$3950 month

Shrimpfest, Florida/Georgia weekend and all holidays at summer rates.

Pet fee: daily $20 for 1 pet  + $10 each additional pet;$200 month - 1 pet;$300 for 2 pets

$150 cleaning fee; 11% tax; $350 security fee; $500 security fee with pets(these amounts are refundable if house is left in same condition as it was found.)

50% of rental rate due at time of  booking - this amount is NONREFUNDABLE in the event of cancellation unless we are able to rerent the house for the same time period - only then will the deposit be refunded minus $250 cancellation fee. The full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

LINENS/TOWELS NOT PROVIDED - YOU MAY BRING YOUR OWN OR RENT THEM. Towel sets are $10 per set (each set includes 1 beach towel, 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth); sheet sets (any size) - $12.
