Homes are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances.  Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only and not that of adult usage.  We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels).  Please bring replacements for starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

This 1,800 neat as a pin property comes with so many inclusions.  The kitchen is supplied with a dishwasher, microwave, disposal, ice maker, stove and water softener.  There is also a laundry room on the lower level of the home.  The owners have supplied the home with upscale furnishings, flat screen TVs, and Wi-Fi Internet access. Off-Season (Labor Day - April) ..........$162.50/night.
In-Season (May - June)...................$302.25/night.
Peak Season (July - Labor Day)...........$325.00/night.

Discounts Offered on Nightly Rental Rates for Extended Stays: 4 nights 5%, 5 night 10%, 6 nights 15%.  Weekly rentals Already Discounted 20%. 

Rates are based on a 8 person occupancy. Additional guests charged $10 per night.

On site boat slip rental is $10.00 per day.  Baby cribs are available for $10.00 per day.

Cleaning fee - $110 and Processing Fee $25.Early arrival/late departure fee - $75.  This property is Pet Friendly - $20 per day per pet charge - 2 pet limit.

This property has a $500 refundable damage deposit.
