We just completed our third stay at this unit and must confess it gets harder and harder to leave and return home. The close proximity to beautiful beaches, good restaurants and laid-back coastal communities to explore, make this condo a great place to unwind. The owner is very nice to work with and keeps the unit in great condition. We hope to return again and again or at least till our California grandchildren get tired of us.

We were very familiar with the area, but had never really visited "The Strand" beach area before and this condo complex in particular. It's a beautiful area, very quiet - and the best beach in the area for kids and adults alike. Close to everything but quiet and relaxing. Owner is very responsive, and everything you need for a vacation is right there for you. It's like your own condo you really have to just bring yourself and clothes the owner has thought of everything.

Coleen's coastal condo surpassed our expectations. We normally stay at the Marriott's Newport Coast timeshares but felt they were a tad bit too expensive this year so we took a chance on this condo and we are so glad we did. We plan on coming back here next year. It was clean, and very charming. A real beach vacation as you can walk to the beach or drive to several others that are close by. Salt Creek beach was one of our favorites. The condo had everything we needed and was located in a very quiet community. The pool was fabulous and not at all crowded. There are great walking paths all around. Plenty of places close by to shop and eat. Did I mention the ocean view...Miss it so much already!

This was a great place to vacation! The condo was very nice, clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. Dana Point is beautiful and convenient. The beach was our favorite part of the trip. The pool and hot tubs were very nice. The complex is well kept. The transaction was very smooth and the communication with the owner very prompt. We would recommend this rental to anyone. We brought our teenage daughter and it was comfortable for all of us. We would like to return. Nice, nice, nice...

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable, relaxing, clean, well-equipped condo! The owner was extremely prompt in responses to emails when we were setting up the trip and as previous guests have commented, the description of the condo/local area is accurate. The beach is only a short walk away and the walk down to Dana Pt Harbor is beautiful. This is a great area to visit with lots of beaches nearby as well as a lot of other attractions (Sea World, Disneyland, Legoland etc..). We had a great time on our visit with our 1-yr old and would love to come back again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was excellent; really only a short walk to the beach and a walking distance to Dana Point Harbor. The condo was tastefully furnished and very well-equipped. There was everything we could wish for.  As there was just the two of us, we had plenty of room and particularly enjoyed having two full baths.
It was a great bonus to have all our e-mails answered promptly when organizing our trip.  We'd love to be back one day!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely condo this summer. We especially appreciated the fact that the description of the property and the surrounding area was very accurate (we have rented several vacation properties before and this is not always the case!) It was very clean and well-furnished and had many new/modern amenities and appliances. The condo is located in a very quiet, peaceful complex and has ideal proximity to both a pool/spa and a beautiful beach. We found the proximity to Dana Point, Laguna Beach and children's attractions (Disneyland, etc) very accessible. There are many beautiful shops and all kinds of restaurants nearby. The kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking in, if desired, and there are a few good supermarkets nearby.  My son was very comfortable on the day bed and enjoyed having his own area right in front of the tv. He really loved the pool and found some other children there to play with.  The owner was very pleasant and responsive to our questions. We would love to visit this area of Southern California again!

Weekly rental rate plus $125. Cleaning fee (non refundable), $500. Security Deposit (refundable).........Credit Cards Accepted, 2.9% fee domestic and 3.9% fee international, all due 60 days prior to first day of stay to guarantee reservation.
