Gulfview I 1 bdrm condo next to Schlitterbahn waterpark in South Padre Island

Our GULFVIEW I Condominiums are located at 120 Padre Blvd. on the oceanside of South Padre Island across from the Sheraton Hotel and next to Schlitterbahn Waterpark.  Its located near the beach, no streets to cross and has beautifully landscaped grounds and spacious parking for car and boat. Coin operated laundry facilities are on the premises.  Wi-fi internet access is also available throughout the complex.  The master bedroom has complete furnishings,large closets,cable tv., and two queen size beds with comfortable bedding. Fully equipped kitchen,full size refrigerator,dishwasher,microwave,range,coffee maker and a complete set of everything necessary to create meals.  The living area features a large cable tv.,queen size sofa sleeper and nice chairs.  The dining area features a dining table for four and a bar with two bar stools.  Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on our balcony which has a table and two chairs.  Outside ammenities include big swimming pool,jacuzzi,bbq pit area,basketball court, tennis court, a club house for small parties next to swimming pool.   

       Isla Blanca park and the Sea ranch marina are just a two minute walk away. Enjoy fishing at the jetties in the park or book a fishing trip with the professional guides at the marina. Schlitterbahn waterpark  was rated the #1 waterpark in the U.S. by travel magazine.  While the kids splash in the water, sip a exotic drink in the swim-up bar.  Then dine on the breeze swept terrace and enjoy the live entertainment.  The centerpiece of the water park is Rio Aventura, a lazy river which turns crazy as you speed through whitewater rapids, then right back down the stomach-lifting drops.

Total amount of rental is due at Check in.  No exceptions.    3 night minimums.

Add 2% for credit card charges at check in.   No charge for cash.

              Deposit :    Reservation deposit of one night rate is required at the time of confirmation. Your reservation deposit will convert to a damage deposit at time of check in. Damage deposit is dependent on length of stay and number of people.

As of April 1st through September 30, EVERYBODY is required to use a wristband to come into the pool area, BBQ area and clubhouse. The wristbands will be according to occupancy: Efficiency(4), 1 Bedroom(6) and 2 Bedroom(8) and (2) parking permits per room. Their is no initial cost but if lost the replacement cost will be $25.00 each. Gulfview will only replace them to the owner or rental agency, not to the tenant. Gulfview will not collect money from tenant as they may want to buy more from the Gulfview office. Guest wristbands will be sold for $5.00 only with tenant present from the security or Gulfview office. This Guest wristband is changed every day and does not allow the guest to stay over night in the room.

       Cancellation :  Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will be refunded, less a cancellation charge of $20.00.  Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will be refunded if unit is subsequently rented, less a $20.00 cancellation charge.

       Check in 3:00 pm / Check out 12:00 noon       

* Holidays and Events : Additional $25.00/night to Peak Season rate (Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor day, Sept. 16th, TIFT, BikeFest )

       Occupation tax: 14.50%

       Fees:  Linen fee $35.00 (1bd/1ba)  Pet charge $25.00

       * Spring breakers :  Damage deposit (minimum $200.00) is dependent on length of stay and number of people. Reservation deposit is required $200.00 and a Advance payment of $200.00 is also required 3 weeks before check in, in the form of a cashiers check,money order or credit card. Gulfview I and II charge a onetime $20.00 security bracelet fee for every occupant, which is paid directly to Gulfview's property manager at check in.

       * Winter season -  starts Dec. 1st and ends Feb. 28th.  Complete months only (no partials).

       Toiletries include: 1 roll toilet paper, no beach & bath towels, no paper towels, no coffee filters, no irons, no hairdryers.  We suggest you bring beach & bath towels and your personal toiletries.
