This single story lake house is located up high to look out at the best view of lake Martinez in the area, the whole house was completely remolded inside and out, and newly furnished,along with an open Spacious Great Room. 3 bedrooms and 2 rooms with bunks and two baths.A Private cove with dock and launching ramp on the property. You wont believe the breath taking 360 degree lake and mountain views, with large deck to entertain on. Plenty of land for BBQ, horseshoe, and relaxation. This is are vacation home, we do require people to respect that, are neighbors who live there year around, will see to that, if anythings out of control we will be notified.

Just bring food and drinks and let the fun begin.Most important of all after a great day in the sun, you can return to a cool house with a new Central AC, Direct Tv, 42"Flat Screen Tv, Indoor/Outdoor Surround Sound with Ipod connection,bar-BQ located on a huge deck. Ample parking for cars, trucks, boats, and RVs with outside electrical hookup, if you plan to use hook up it will be an additional fee.

Great location for peaceful, calm family environment in a more private area and when looking for fun, the night life is only a five minutes drive away There is Boating, fishing ,hiking,canoeing, kayaking,water sport,off roading,bird watching, and much more. Two gas docks, stores, and bar-restaurants just a five minute drive away also.
vacation rental rates
Base rent may go up depending upon amount of occupants and pets. Additional cleaning deposit is required of $400. It will be refunded once property is inspected, and key are returned. 2 night min. Holiday weekends additional fees may be included.

-If key lost $200 non refundable from deposit
-Must sign rental agreement
-List of names of who will occupying the property
-Must pay in full when you pick up keys
-Any cancelation must be 1 week prior to date sceduled or lose $400 deposit
