This Condo is Subject to Homeowners Association Guidelines

Deposit required to reserve the condo. 

Non-refundable within 60 days of lease. 

First and last month rent due 30 days prior to occupying condo. 

Departure cleaning fee of $150.00 minimum is required.  If cleaning fee exceeds $150.00 actual expense will be 
charged and will be deducted from your deposit.

A $50.00 electrical allowance is included per month, excess expenses will be charged and will be deducted from 
your deposit.
