Enjoy your own private beach or relax in our large heated pool.  It’s a Fantastic location in the heart of the Keys, midway between Key Largo and Key West. Tranquil blue/green waters await you with the greatest fishing in the world. This palm paradise with tropical breezes offers great restaurants, golf course, and fishing all within walking distance of our condominium.

This unit has two bedrooms with a queen bed in the master and 2 double beds in the guest bedroom. If you are not familiar with Key Colony Beach you will find this area one of the nicest, safest, tropical islands in the Heart of the Florida Keys.

Relax and relish the beautiful opal colored water and sunrise view from our beach overlooking the Atlantic. The best fishing and diving in the world are just minutes away on the only living coral reefs in the United States, or if you prefer, sit under Palm Trees on your private beach and enjoy a cool drink.

We have a wonderful tropical private beach and you can either relax on the sand or the tropical green lawn. There is a large Tiki Hut with dining tables and (2) gas grills for cook outs at the waters edge. The large pool is heated, has 2 Tiki tables and many lounge chairs to relax on. Sunset Park is only steps away...this is another wonderful place to watch the sun set.
