Five Star Condo in Lone Eagle, Unit # 3024

We rate all of our condos based on four criteria in order to make it easier for vacationers to compare different condos in different buildings. The criteria are as follows: unit size and quality, views, proximity to activities and building quality and amenities.

Unit Size and Quality: *****(5 Stars)  Come enjoy a true mountain vacation in luxury.  With over 1200 square feet of space, your family can spread out, relax, and enjoy spectacular views of the ski slopes from almost every room in the condo.  When you enter the condo, you will immediately notice the large, gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, slate floors, and granite countertops.  The living room features a beautiful, stone fireplace with gas logs, comfortable seating for 5 people, sofa bed, and TV with DVD player.  The spacious balcony is just off of the living room and has two chairs and a table.  The dining room table with comfortably seat 6 people with 3 additional seats at the island in the kitchen.  In the master suite, you will find a king sized bed, TV with cable, views of the ski slopes from the bed, as well as a private bathroom with separate oversized shower, jetted tub, and dual sinks.  The second bedroom features a full sized bed, TV with cable and views of the ski slopes.  The 2nd bathroom features an oversized shower with a bench and two showerheads.  You will also find a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.  This condo is perfect for the discriminate traveler and families traveling with someone who is not able to ski but wants to be close enough to see everyone ski down from the comfort of the warm, luxurious condo.  Internet access is included at no charge to guests. 

View***** (5 Stars)  With stunning, up-close views of the ski slopes, this Lone Eagle condo is one of the premier properties in Keystone.  You will enjoy watching skiers come down the mountain from the many windows throughout the condo and from the spacious balcony.

Proximity to Activities***** (5 Stars) Ski down to the lift, which is approximately 50 yards away & ski right up to the building at the end of your day.  Ski lockers are just inside of the skier entrance at the back of the building.  Lone Eagle is also just a short 2-3 minute walk into the heart of village where you will find restaurants, shops, and ski/bike rental facilities.

Building Quality & Amenities Building *****(5 Stars) Lone Eagle is a 5 star Platinum-rated building.  It is one of only two buildings in Keystone that is truly ski-in/ski-out.  It was built in 2000 and features 58 condos in the entire building.  The small size of the building allows guests to quietly enjoy the many amenities that Lone Eagle has to offer.  Enjoy no hassle parking in the access controlled, heated parking garage under the building. If you are traveling with friends and family, you can gather in the lobby sitting areas and enjoy the fireplace or sit outside on the partially covered balcony and enjoy the mountain views.  There is also a year-round heated pool and 8-person hot tub that is used exclusively by Lone Eagle guests.  After a long day, you can enjoy the steam room and fitness facilities located on the 1st floor.  Oversized ski lockers are also located on the 1st floor to store all of your equipment.  

Guest Services: This unit is professionally managed for the owner by Summit County Mountain Retreats.  It is our goal for you to have a worry free stay and enable you to interact with caring and competent people who want your vacation to be all it can be. Special services that we offer include fast check-in service, flexible check-in and out times, a generous amount of towels during your stay, trash bags, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwashing detergent and liquid, sponge for washing dishes, trial sized soap and shampoo. We send you keycards in the mail, so you can drive directly into the private parking garage and immediately enter your condo. Additionally, we are constantly looking for discounts and great deals for vacationers. We provide our guests extensive information about the area, great places to eat, discounts on equipment rentals, discounts on lift tickets and other information that we believe will help make your stay most enjoyable. In the unlikely event of a problem, we offer 24 hour maintenance service and lockout service. Our company goal is to maximize our client’s economic returns by exceeding guest expectations so that you will think of us first when you want to reserve your next vacation.

Keystone Summer Events:

1. Keystone has many summer festivals for you to enjoy that are located just steps from the condo. Some of them include the World Music Festival (June 27), Frontier Fair and July 4 celebration (July 4), Uncorked Wine Festival (July 11-12), Bluegrass and Beer Festival (August 1-2), and the Blues Festival and Art Show (August 22-23).

2. Weekly events for kids and adults like Kids Discovery Days (every Tuesday from June 23-August 11), Family Fun Night with bounce houses for the kids, a dance performance, and carnival games (every Wednesday from July 1- July 29), and The Ant and The Grasshopper Theatre Production at the amphitheater in River Run Village (every Friday from July 3-Aug 21).

3. Enjoy the following tours: Mine Tours, Historical Bus Tour, ATV tours, Four-wheel drive tours.

4. Take a scenic chair lift to the top of the mountain and enjoy a picnic.

5. Play miniature golf. It is a short 2 minute walk from Silver Mill.

6. Enjoy two championship golf courses.

7. Bike with the family on the bike trails or try downhill mountain biking.

8. Take a guided hike with a guide that will tell you about local animals, plants, wildlife, and history.

9. Other summer activities include boating, fly fishing, and rafting. These activities can be scheduled off the resort, but they are very close by.
