in loft. Large living room with fire-place, tv and vcr or dvd set-up
in living room, loft and master bedroom.
Large open kitchen and dining area which can accomodate up to 20
people. Has 4 balconies with a view of the national forest and
beatiful valley's.
Master bedroom has a gas fireplace and also the dining room, wood
fireplace in living room.
Very peaceful and secluded area, great for relaxing and reading or
just enjoying the fresh mountain air.

The winter months may cause some road hazards risks due to snowfall.
It will be at your own discretion when booking winter months.

Other services close to area, such as Lake Arrowhead Village, Big
Bear and Running Springs. A great hideaway for a week or weekend,
enjoy your stay.

HDTV satelite channels, intranet service if requested(broadbent/linsky's), fireplace in each room,
TV's in most of rooms, poker table, balconies in all rooms, very close to Lake Arrowhead which has
many services, DVD players are available.

A deposit of $900.00 us currency cashiers check, refundable after
inspection of home.
Clean up services will are $250.00 non-refundable.
Linen service available if required depending group size, this
service is provided for $15 per person.

Price per night vary depending on dates chosen. The price change for
the seasons are different, please mention the website you chose to
view this property when replying. The price for spring/summer will
be $500.
per night,which is, march, April, May, June, July, minimum 3
nights stay.
Fall and winter change in prices. Fall prices are $550 per night
starting,Aug, Sept, Oct. Winter prices starting November is $600. Nov,
Dec,Jan, Feb,Min 3 nights stay.

Rent for four nights you get the fifth one free on all season prices. Holidays add $50. extra per
night.

Minimum cancellation requirement is 30 days before arrival time, you will be fully refunded your
deposit. If you cancel after date required, deposit will be held.

Deposit must be sent in as soon as possible to reserve the dates required.
