This well appointed beautifully decorated  "NEW"  spacious 2 bedroom condo is nesseled between mountains and meadows. Convenietly located at the entrance to Squaw Valley with a  2 minute drive to the base of world class ski resort Squaw Valley USA, home of the 1960 winter olympics.  It has 2 queens ( one in each room)  a sofa sleeper in the living room with a fireplace , 2 full baths, dining room ,  a full  supplied deluxe kitchen with stainless steel and black granite upgrades, a balcony, one car garage and a washer and dryer too! approx 1200 square feet.

The complex is equipped with swimming pool and 12 foot diameter hot tub. There are two dressing rooms/bathroom with 2 saunas at the pool area. There are two newly remodeled Tennis courts . It is situated walking distance to  a soccer field and playground area for the kids and hiking and biking trails. For the Golfers it is 5 minutes to the Trent Jones 18 hole Squaw Creek Resort Golf Course.

 Free shuttles to the Village of  Squaw Valley USA ski resort and the " High Camp" olympic size  Ice rink and swimming pools with shopping and dining. Over 15 restaurants within 5 minutes YUMMY! Cross country and dog sledding course. Go rafting or Fly fish on the Truckee river.

 For more restaurants Drive 15 minutes to Tahoe City and visit or boat beautiful Lake Tahoe.

Fly into Reno / Tahoe International Aiprport (RN0), one hour drive to Squaw Valley.

From "All work and no play" to "No Worries"!!!!

Living in the Bay Area, sometimes we get caught in the daily grind. Work, kids, pay bills, clean the house, etc. With the economy the way it is, I thought we'd never enjoy another vacation as long as we live.

I knew my family needed a get-away and decided on the beautiful North Shore of Tahoe. Found this condo, and booked it. No airport/airfare...just loaded up the husband and three kids and hit the road. 4 hours later we were breathing fresh air as we unloaded the car. Easy access...from curb to condo AND a nice detached garage to keep our car safe and clean. 5 hours after arriving my husband and I were looking at the lake while the kids skipped rocks. Heart rates dropped instantly.

We spent 5 days 4 nights in bliss. Hiking, walking along the Truckee River...watching movies and playing board games, even rented a boat to take the kids out on the lake.

What time we did spend inside was totally comfortable - we didn't want for anything except for maybe a few more days. The kids had to share a Queen bed, but they didn't care. Exhausted by bedtime, they fell straight to sleep without fighting or fussing. There was even a pack n play for the baby so I didn't have to drag mine up.

Property manager "Fauna" was most helpful and really gave us the royal treatment. She lives in Tahoe and had great suggestions of things to do with the kids and knew all the fun local events happening.

Thank you sooooooooo much, we'll be back again soon!
Maybe in the winter for a ski trip!!!!

Clean, Cozy, and Convenient!

I really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was immaculate and the furniture/decor was very nice and cozy. The beds were very comfortable, and I loved the fireplace in the living room. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we were able to save money by preparing meals in the condo.

The location was ideal -- we could walk to Squaw Valley/Olympic Village, and we enjoyed riding bikes into Tahoe City -- we used the beautiful path that goes along the Truckee River. It was an all-around great stay, and I would highly recommend this condo to my friends and family, and anyone else who is planning a trip to Tahoe.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
