This is a wonderful home for a perfect vacation getaway. The beautiful furnishings in this first floor coach home will certainly brighten your day. This home features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a den, eating area off the kitchen, formal dining room, living room and a screened lanai with gorgeous water and preserves view. You also have an attached 1 car garage for your parking convenience.Each bedroom has a Queen size bed.

For your entertainment pleasure, there is a 40 inch flat screen TV on wall with DVD built-in & Surround sound in the living room, 32 and 26 inch flat screen television on wall with DVD built-in, in master bedroom and guest bedroom respectively, and a flat screen TV/DVD player in the den. Your home is totally equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Just bring your clothes, tooth brush and prepare for a vacation sensation...Oh, please, absolutely NO SMOKING  and do not forget to bring your laptop, because you will have wireless internet and local telephone access.

Fully furnished kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher, washer & dryer.

If you have a small pet (less than 20 pounds, he/she will be be welcomed)

The name says it all, Colonial Country Club, is noted for its country club amenties. Plan to enjoy the community pool at the clubhouse that includes a jacuzzi, an expansive sun deck with patio furniture. The club house has state of the art exercise facility, including cable TV monitor on each treadmill even...!!

 Director on site to arrange for bridge tournaments, day trips, arts and crafts, etc. You can participate in personal training sessions, spa treatments and massage. The full service 14,00 square foot club house, scene of many social events, has a formal dining room, grill room, full service bar for your eating enjoyment. There are 10 har tru tennis courts, 8 are lighted and a tennis shop. The 18 hole championship Troon golf course was designed by Gordon C. Lewis. You will find putting greens, driving range and pro shop.

 
You will love the private nature preserve,boardwalk and its 2 1/2 mile paved walking path. Additionally to all of the amenities offered to the community at large, you will also enjoy the local community pool & hot water jacuzzi, which is just 200 yards from your home. You will be happy to note that there is a full service Super Market,chinese restaurant, salon and pharmacies just outside the community gates. 

Colonial Country Club is conveniently located about 1 mile East of I75 exit 136 (Colonial Blvd.)You are just 15 minutes from the beautiful Southwest Florida Regional Airport via Treeline Road that borders the East side of Colonial Country Club. That means getting around to shop, dine, go to events, the beach and other locations is quite easy.

You are a relatively short drive to the wonderful beaches such as Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva, and the beaches of Bonita Springs. If you like baseball, both the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox have Spring Training in Fort Myers. You are at driving distance of about two hours from Everglades National Park or take a day trip from Fort Myers to Key West via water taxi.

If you like to shop, the choices are endless and all an easy drive from your home, e.g. miromar shopping outlets. Your choice of restuarants is also unlimited and not far from home. The Barbara Mann Performing Arts Hall is also in the area and you will find wonderful shows throughout the season.

All rentals must be for a minimum of one month.
There is an additional 11% Florida tourist tax applied to all rentals of less than 6 months.

There is also a departure cleaning fee of $100.

A security deposit of $1,000 is required to hold your rental. At departure, your deposit will be returned if no damages.

There is a transfer fee of $312(if less than 32 days and $362, if more than 32 days), that entitles you to use all the facilities granted a social member of the community. It does not include golf, but as a social member your golf fees are reduced.

If you have a pet, there is also a $300 pet deposit that is also refundable, assuming no damage.
