Amenities include washer/dryer, central Air Conditioning, a full kitchen with dishwasher, covered parking, TV’s in each room and a DVD player. The condo is 750 sq ft in size, spacious by Key West standards. There is an outdoor balcony, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom and it serves as a third eating area with a fabulous view.
The LaBrisa property offers a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, wireless high speed internet by the pool and a hot tub all within a gated community. Smathers Beach, Key West’s largest beach, is across the street and it is a favorite location for wedding ceremonies.

At Smathers beach you will find available such activities as windsurfing, sail boarding, snorkeling and kayak or Jet Ski tours. Old Town, Key West and Duval St are about 1mile away and there you will find dozens of restaurants, famous bars, art galleries, museums, live theater, boutique shopping and tours available on both land and sea. Key West is a bicycle friendly town and this is a great option for touring our small island of 2 miles by 4 miles.

High Season: Dec.22, 2012 thru April 26, 2013 - $1550 per wk
Shoulder Season 2013: April 27 thru July 5 $1100 per wk
Low Season 2013: July 6 - October 18 $975 per week
Fantasy Fest 2013: October 19 -26 $1550 per 7 nights
Fall Season 2013: October 27 - December 20 $1100 per week
Rates are subject to a 7.5% state tax plus a 5% local tax for a total of 12.5% tax
