First floor unit with huge patio and grill (2nd floor units are much smaller and are not allowed grills). Patio is gated for small children and pets. Unit is completely updated with wood floors throughout the living area, stainless steel appliances, in unit washer/dryer,hd flat panel tv with surround sound, completely furnished down to the smallest detail. Unit is conveniently located within the gated complex and just steps to both clubhouses, exercise room, and resident only Yacht Club. Also includes the use of 2 bikes and 2 kayaks. Unit also has high speed wifi. If you're looking at other units in this complex, ask for all the pictures - not all are remodeled.

Downtown St Pete with an abundance of shopping, dining & nightlife is just a 10 minute drive. Downtown Tampa and the hot spots of Channelside & Ybor City are 30 minute drive. If you're a sports fan, the Devil Rays field is 10 minutes away and the Bucs & Raymond James Stadium are an easy 30 minute drive. January 1-March 31 - 3 month rentals only - $2200 a month
April - $2000 a month or $800 per week
$700-900 per week. Monthly rate: May thru December $1,700 per month. Higher rates may apply for holiday weeks or high demand periods. One week minimum rental.
Security Deposit: $600 monthly rentals, $400 for weekly rentals. Includes $100 cleaning fee.
