$600 per week through December 2009. Higher rates may apply for holiday weeks.  Monthly through  December 2009 - $1500 per month.  Unit is booked Jan 1- Mar 31, 2010.  Weekly rate in April is $800 per week, or $2,000 a month.  One week minimum rental.

$300 security deposit required.  Includes $75 cleaning fee.
