First floor unit with huge patio and grill (2nd floor units are much smaller and are not allowed grills). Patio is gated for small children and pets. Unit is completely updated with wood floors throughout the living area, stainless steel appliances, in unit washer/dryer,hd flat panel tv with surround sound, completely furnished down to the smallest detail. Unit is conveniently located within the gated complex and just steps to both clubhouses, exercise room, and resident only Yacht Club. Also includes the use of 2 bikes and 2 kayaks. Unit also has high speed wifi. If you're looking at other units in this complex, ask for all the pictures - not all are remodeled.

Waterside is within 15 minutes of the some of the country's finest beaches. It's an easy drive to Fort DeSoto Park, consistently named in the top 5 beaches in the country. St Pete Beach and Pass A Grill beaches are also a short drive from Waterside. Within minutes of Waterside is incredible fishing, shopping & dining. Downtown St Pete with an abundance of shopping, dining & nightlife is just a 10 minute drive. Downtown Tampa and the hot spots of Channelside & Ybor City are 30 minute drive. If you're a sports fan, the Devil Rays field is 10 minutes away and the Bucs & Raymond James Stadium are an easy 30 minute drive. Waterside is 45 minutes from Busch Gardens and 90 minutes to Disney Work & all the Orlando attractions.

January 1-March 31 - 3 month rentals only - $2200 a month
April - $2000 a month or $900 per week
$700 per week, 2 week minimum. Monthly rate: May thru December $1,700 per month. Higher rates may apply for holiday weeks or high demand periods.
Security Deposit: $600 monthly rentals, $400 for weekly rentals. Includes $100 cleaning fee and $100 association fee. Balance will be returned within 10 days of check out provided all is in good shape.
