Harbour Oaks Condominiums in St Simon's Island

Harbour Oaks Condos is a gated community nestled in a shady atmosphere of magestic Saint Simons Island Live Oaks. Running throughout the complex is a tranquil freshwater stream inhabited by all sorts of wildlife, from ducks to turtles to many species of fish. Located in the East side of the complex is a lake with swings and seating for taking a siesta or simply enjoying the wildlife. The grounds/landscaping are kept in tiptop shape and throughout the complex you can find many varieties of beautiful flowers and shrubbery.

Each Condo has it's own private covered parking garage with extra uncovered parking spaces behind that. Adjoining the private parking garage is a storage room for beach supplies, bikes, etc. This rental is a two-bedroom, two-bath, upstairs condo with a king sized bed in one room and a Full sized bed in the other. (Air Matress also included) The kitchen has all stainless appliances including: stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a trash compactor. Adjoining the kitchen is a room with a washing machine and a clothes dryer. The living room is equipped with a sofa, a chair and a half with an ottoman, and a sitting chair. For entertainment there is a Samsung High-Definition LCD TV, a DVD player, and a DVR recorder with all High-Definition channels. The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi wireless internet access as well.  Connected to the living room is a balcony overlooking one of the freshwater streams.

Amenities include a Pool, a Kiddie Pool, and two Tennis Courts.

Harbour Oaks is located within a 5-10 minute walk from the village and pier area where you can dine at the famous Barbara Jeans or try breakfast at the 4th of May Cafe'. There are a multitude of shops located in the village along with the wonderful Palm Coast Coffee Shop. There are several bike rental shops and golfcart rental shops located in the village. If you are into the nightlife, there are several brew pubs and bars that usually have live music for your enjoyment. The pier area is also a great place to check out with swings and playgrounds for the kids and adults as well. The famous St. Simons Island lighthouse is also located in the pier area as well as a brand new put-put course. Only a few miles north of the village and pier is the famous King and Prince Resort, East Beach, Goules Inlet, and several fine dining locations. Saint Simons Island is also home to several of the states most beautiful golf courses.

Nightly rates are based on a three night minimum usually from Friday till Sunday.

Weekly rates are based on one to two week periods. One week rentals are $900 and two week rentals are $700 per week.
