Welcome to our piece of paradise.The 2xbed 2xbath condo is situated in one of Naples most mature and
desirable gated communities. Naples Bath & Tennis is located centrally being 5 mins from Beaches 5
mins from I75 and 10 mins from 5th Ave & Old Naples.
We are situated on the third floor of a three story building.{Elevator provided}with views over the
pool & lake. The condo is beautifully furnished with every amenity required for a wonderful vacation.
Living room features Cable TV DVD & CD system {with large cd collection}. Dining area with table &
seating for 6 & fully fitted kitchen & utility room. Oven Microwave Fridge freezer Washer Dryer.
Master bedromm has king size bed, TV, phone,dressing room,bathroom with bath & shower.
Second bedroom has twin beds & bathroom. Both bedrooms open to spacious tiled Lanai with table &
seating for six. Ideal for breakfast & dining with views over the lake. The heated pool & jacuzzi is
steps away from the front door. Most owners live in NBTC which means the pool is rarely occupied!
